Adam Schefter of ESPN and Ian Rapoport, an insider for the NFL Network, both broke the news about this knowledge on Wednesday.
According to both Schefterand Rapoport, the agreement contains a guaranteed sum of $122.5 million.
CNN has reached out to Bosa's agency as well as the 49ers in an effort to obtain feedback on the specifics of the deal. The San Francisco 49ers acquired Bosa from the Los Angeles Chargers in a trade.

The response from his teammates was enthusiastic.
Trent Williams, an offensive lineman, emailed the team, saying, "Yes we shall !!!!!!!! Let’s gooooo."
To the tight end, The defensive lineman Arik Armstead posted "Lessss goooo," while the offensive lineman George Kittle added, "171 holy Toledo Batman."
Bosa concluded the previous year's National FootballLeague season with 18.5 sacks, which put him in first position in the league for that statistic.
In the annals of the franchise's history, the total number of sacks in a single season was the second-highest ever recorded. (Aldon Smith had 19.5 sacks in 2012, which was enough to lead the league in that category.)
