The difficult public order situation in Colombia which obligated the Copa Libertadores and Copa Sudamericana to reschedule is another obstacle for the Betplay League.

Deportes Tolimahas been told of the alteration in the timing and location of their match against Emelec: Friday 7 May 2012 in Lima, Peru, at 7 p.m. (Colombian time).

This news complicates the Local League since Tolima and Deportivo Caliare both in the process of return, a duel that was supposed to take place over the weekend but could not be accomplished by violent demonstrations at the Palmaseca Stadium.

While Dimayor had scheduled to meet on Saturday 8 May, there will obviously be no way to achieve that because there will be less than 24 hours before the team in Peru. That means that the game has to be delayed again and it will affect semifinals and the final programming.

The next steps will take place in round trip duels on 9 and 16 May. But the plan could not be completed without encountering one of the semifinalists. Moreover, it is worth mentioning that public order is still very much disrupted in the world, and that these games cannot be played at the moment.
